As a fitness professional, husband and father, I’ve worked with many busy dads who struggle to find time for exercise amidst the demands of work and family life. The good news is that staying fit doesn’t have to require hours at the gym. With the right strategies and mindset, you can incorporate effective workouts into your hectic schedule. Here’s how:

If I know I have a lot on my plate for the day, I wake up 30 minutes early and get a quick run in before the kids wake up.

There are countless online resources and apps offering short, effective workouts that you can do at home.
