BETA-ALANINE

Beta-alanine has been scientifically proven to be effective in boosting athletic performance in everyone from cyclists to weightlifters to track and field athletes. Bet-alanine supports the synthesis of muscle carnosine, which delays the onset of muscle fatigue and failure. CAFFEINE ANHYDROUS

  • WHEN AND HOW TO USE OUTER LIMIT?

    We recommend mixing 1 scoop of Outer Limit with 8-10 oz of cold water about 20 to 30 minutes prior to a resistance training session. Start use with 1/2 serving to assess tolerance and response, then gradually increase the dosage.
